Founder’s Message

Yoga, to me, is more than a practice — it’s a path of self-discovery, healing, and transformation. Through mindful movement, balanced breathing, and positive thinking, I have witnessed countless lives change from within. At Kalyankari Yoga Studio, my goal is to create a compassionate space where every individual feels supported, valued, and inspired to grow.

I hold a Master’s in Psychology and am a certified Counsellor from GCMH-32, with a Yoga Diploma from Sector-23, Chandigarh, and advanced yoga training from Patanjali. I’ve also completed Spiritual and Meditation courses and have helped many people through my holistic venture, Kalyankari Yoga Studio, over the past several years.

As a mental health specialist, cancer survivor, social worker, and passionate naturopath, I blend yoga therapy, mindfulness, and psychological wisdom to promote emotional balance, inner peace, and holistic well-being — guiding others toward a healthier, happier life.
